Q Do you accepts refunds?
A FDA regulations prohibit us
from accepting returned medications from a customer. Incase of
non delivery, we refund or reship your order promptly.
Q Do you provide Tracking ID or Airway bill
number?
A We use Registered Airmail for
all our shipments as this is the most discreet, secure and reliable
method for our valued buyers security. Registered Airmail does
not provide any online tracking facility, Incase if we got any
information related to your parcel we update in order tracking
area on our website.
NOTE: All delivieres directly sent
to buyers mailbox and does not require any signature unless your
local postal have any policies. Incase of your absence ,it will
be taken back to your post office and you will be able to pickup
manually.

A No, it is not compulsory to
insure your order but just a recommendation.
Q How can i benefit from insurance?
A Incase you did not receive order
at your provided shipping address or custom seizer, you can claim
your insurance.
Q What is difference between 5% and 10% insurance?
A We offer 2 options for your
order insurance such as:
If your order total is US$ 1000.00 and you paid 5% insurance
US$ 50.00, then incase of incident you can claim US$: 500.00 amount
of goods or if your order total is US$ 1000.00 and you paid 10%
insurance US$ 100.00, then incase of incident you can claim full
US$: 1000.00 amount of goods. Insurance
will only applicable on products total cost and shipping charges
will be apply.
Q How much time you take to deliver my insurance
claimed goods?
A As soon our verification department
approves your insurance claim, your goods will be reshipped within
24 hours and then shipping time will be same as 15-30 days.
Q What if i do not received my claimed order?
A We send your package only one
time or as per our mutual understanding, incase if you did not
received your order in second attempt. We will refund your order
amount promptly EXCLUDING your insurance value i.e. 5% or 10%.
